Saturday training rides:

We meet at 9:30am at the triangle turn off, signposted Bramfield/Tewin on the B1000, west of Hertford; click here to view map 

Depending on numbers there are three groups, slow, medium and fast

Slow and medium groups ride for about 3½ with a cafe stop, slow group at about 15mph, medium group at 17mph

Fast group rides for three at hours at 19+mph with no cafe stop

Rides may be shorter in bad weather, please use mudguards if wet
