Cycling Strengths Flat or rolling terrain.  Providing shelter to riders behind on a windy day
Cycling Weaknesses Big hills, long rides and very high temperatures
Favourite ride The Panoramica in Riccione in Italy.  A in-out, up-and-down ride along the Rimini coastline
Best race performance (if any) 2nd place in a LVRC  crit at Dunton
Best day on a bike Coming back from a ride in Majorca and getting motor paced back through Alcudia by a friendly local on a moped - great fun!
Worst day on a bike Tilfe-Bastogne-Tilfe a few years ago, six hours of torrential rain at the start of the event
Most embarrassing cycling moment Entering a 2/3/4 cat RR and getting dropped even before the first bend
Best training tip Don’t be afraid to cross train, a bit of MTB or running or circuit training provides a bit of variety during the winter months
Cycling food Fig rolls, jelly babies
Best/Worst Crash Er...not putting my front wheel in properly and crashing during a training ride.  
Dream bike Something top end Italian but not a Colnago
