Cycling Strengths Going downhill. 
Cycling Weaknesses Still carrying too much weight. 
Favourite ride Peak District to date but looking to broaden my experience. 
Best race performance (if any) None to date
Best day on a bike Completing London to Paris last summer - the ride into Paris. 
Worst day on a bike Riding the 'Ridgeway' path/track into a gusting headwind for eight hours (on a mountain bike). 
Most embarrassing cycling moment Pick one of many 'clipless' moments. 
Best training tip Not qualified enough for this yet. 
Cycling food Drink supplements have helped me a lot (SIS etc)
Best/Worst Crash Over front handlebars of by 'Raleigh Burner' BMX in the summer of 1983 - gained two days in the QE2 for that with a fractured skull…
Dream bike Any 'carbon bling' would be a step up for me at the moment.
