Welwyn Track League - Friday 6th June 2008

The North Road team of Richard Somerset, Ian Coles and first-timer Nick Latimer came second in the North Mids and Herts Team Sprint event incorporated into the latest round of the Welwyn Track League. They rode the three laps in 1:51:12, two seconds slower than Welwyn Wheelers.

In the 10 lap scratch all three members finished in the bunch. In the 10 lap points race Ian won three sprints to secure fourth place.

Both Nick and Ian finished in the bunch in the 10 mile.
