Struggle up the Final Hill
Seven North Roaders, including one of the newest members Patrick Welch, and 6 guest riders faced the timekeepers this week. There were no punctures/mechanicals this week.
Fastest time was Dermot Kealey with a time of 22:20 his fastest time this season. The fastest North Roader was Richard Webster, 23:45, again.
The highlight of the evening was the competition between Paul Bailey and Mike Atkinson. Mike had caught Paul at the Beehive Pub but Paul was not going to let Mike off that easily. Paul overtook Mike at Bayford Station and then there was the struggle to see who could make it up the final hill first with Mike winning.
