British Time Trial Championships - Sunday 2nd September
North Road Cycling Club’s Dave Candy and Leigh Harvey rode in the British Time Trial Championships. Leigh rode in the Womens’ 18 mile race and finished 14th with a time of 48:13. The winner was Wendy Houvenaghel (Science In Sport.com) past the finishing line in 40:40. Also riding the distance of 18 miles, Dave came past the time keeper in 17th position in 44:07. The winner was Richard Prebble (Pinarello RT) (38:52).
