EDCA 100 – Sunday 14th July – Steve Sexton Sets New Club Record
Steve Sexton represented the North Road in the EDCA 100 in Norfolk. Foggy conditions saw the start times put back by 30 minutes, all very well but a bit painful when that time could have been spent in bed! (the first rider was off at 6am).
Steve, despite the obvious achievement, was not having his best day on the bike, enjoying a strong first half but endured back pain in the second. He nonetheless rode a very solid 3:56:17, putting yet another club record to his name. Congratulations Steve!
