Big Cow Duathlon, Milton Keynes Bowl - Saturday 21st February 2009
4.5k run/16k bike/4.2k run
Four club members, Richard Somerset, Nick Ison, John McDowall and Dave Kiely, took part in the Big Cow sprint duathlon at Milton Keynes Bowl. The race consisted of a 4.5k run around the lake adjacent to the Bowl, then 12 laps of the perimeter road (10 miles) and a slightly shorter second run of 4.2k around the lake to finish.
