Triforce Triathlon - Sun 11th Sep 11

I entered this race and finished 5th in my age group and 17th overall out of 117 that completed the course. Pleased with that result despite a slow run and a very cautious cycle ride on training wheels, given the very wet conditions but some slck transitions clawed me back some lost time.
