Saffron Walden Grand Prix

Approximately 60 miles round trip to Saffron Walden to watch the Grand Prix elite racing around the streets of the town.
"The Saffron Walden Grand Prix is a new race based around the historic market town of Saffron Walden. The race will take place on a 1.1km circuit, showcasing the finest town in the area – there are plenty of opportunities to watch the bunch lined out on the fast, winding roads of north west Essex, concertinaed in the narrow streets of the market, or sprinting for the finish on the iconic tree lined High Street.
"The race will take place on fully closed roads, with medical cover provided by St John Ambulance. Local food and drink vendors will supply refreshments in Saffron Walden's market square.
"Hear the roar of thousands of fans lining the roads, as the country's best cyclists compete to become the first champion of the Saffron Walden Grand Prix."
