Cardiff 100 Milers 10 mile open time trial
Jennifer and I took part in the Cardiff 100 Milers 10 mile open time trial yesterday afternoon. There was a large field taking part - 105 had registered - and it took place on a fast course from Abergavenny to Raglan and back. I finished in 24.02, 4 seconds off my PB! And Jennifer in 26.56. The winner completed the 10 miles in a very impressive 19.24
