New Forest Half Ironman - Sunday 23rd September

1.9km swim, 57 mile bike, 13.5 mile run
Time was 5:51:11
Splits including transitions were: Swim 37:44, Bike 3:05:47, Run 2:07:40
Beat last years time by 22 minutes, position 129th (just over 300 finishers, approx 20 DNF's), 40th in my age category.
