Welwyn Track League - Fri 2nd May 2008

In only his second ever track league event at Gosling Stadium Ian Coles came third in the B group 10 lap block handicap.
In the 10 lap scratch Ian and fellow North Roader Richard Somerset finished in the bumch.
Richard went out early in the Devil whilst Ian managed to stay in until eight riders remained.

The final event was the 10 mile (35 laps) event for both A and B group riders (the B riders starting half a lap ahead of the A's). Just before the A's caught the B's Ian won a prime. Ian and Richard then held on to finish with the second group as the A's lapped the field.
