Brickendon Time Trial League Week 16 - Tuesday 4th August 2009
Tony May has secured the North Road Cycling Club’s Ken Davis Salver title with three races left in the competition. Tournament leader Tony could not be caught after he triumphed once again in Round 16 at Brickendon Green. He finished the 9.3 mile course with a time of 22:31 to take his 15th 30-point maximum haul. Laurence Pidcock, in only his third ride in the series rode his best time of the year and took 27 points, finishing in 22:40. Third place went to John McDowall with new club member George Park fourth. The fastest rider on the night was Hugh Vivian of Finsbury Park CC with a time of 22:08
