Brickendon Time Trial League Week 4 - Tuesday 12th May 2009

Tony May made it four Ken Davis Salver wins in a row in Round 4 at Brickendon Green. Once again a strong wind greeted the full field of 40 riders – 28 North Roaders and 12 guest riders. Tony rode his personal best with a time of 22:32. Also riding his personal best for the second week running, Jeff Robinson who took the 27 points coming past the time keepers in 23:06. The third place went to John McDowall. Personal bests were also gained by Dave Kiely, Steve Blackwell, Steve Taylor and Daemon Pink. Thirteen riders rode their best times for 2009. Once again the overall winner went to the Stevenage CC rider Andrew Herbert with a fast time of 22:18.
