Brickendon Time Trial League Week 9 - Tuesday 14th June 2011   

There was no stopping North Road’s Gavin Lewis. After claiming the lead in the Ken Davis Salver series after his win in the Club 25, he increased his lead over second place Tim Brown. On a good night for racing in Round Nine at Brickendon Green the top three riders rode their PB’s, with Gavin finishing with a time of 21:05 and Tim passing the timekeeper in 21:48. Third place went to Steve Sexton in 22:06. Also riding his personal best was Howell Schroeder. Best times for the year went to Simon Best, Adam Spector, best time for two years, and Paul Groves rode his best time for five years. The overall winner was Andy Hastings (Finchley RT) with a time of 20:24.
