Brickendon Time Trial League Week 1 - Tuesday 25th April
Reigning champion Dave Candy continued where he left off in 2006 to claim victory in the opening round of North Road Cycling Club’s 10 mile Ken Davis Salver at Brickendon Green. Of the 20 North Roaders competing, the quickest was once again ex-triathlete Dave, whose time of 22:36 was 43 seconds clear of nearest club-mate Ian Coles who produced a personal best to finish ahead of Darren Rochford and new member Simon Checkley.
