Brickendon Time Trial League Week 13 - Tuesday 15th July 2008
Even Round 13 of North Road Cycling Club’s Ken Davis Salver could not change the luck of Dave Candy who again took top spot. Dave took the 30 points once more, flying past the timekeeper in 22 minutes 44 seconds – eight seconds ahead of second place Steve James, riding his personal best. Third place went to Tony May, who crossed the finish line in 23:03. Other Norh Roaders doing well were Ashley Glass, who set a PB of 25:00 while Simon Checkley, Nick Harris and Steve Watts all posted their best times of the year. The overall winner was Finsbury Park rider Hugh Vivian (21:36).
