Brickendon Two-up - Stage 2

This year we added two extra Two up 10 dates in April 2023.Today we clash with London Marathon, The Cycle Show at Ally Pally and Liege – Bastogne - Liege live on Eurosport and Southgate CC running event early in the day on part of the F7/10 course.

The numbers were going to be low; no teams entered the 2 up Team Time Trial this week.

Two North Roaders rode on their own with John Saysell riding a Time Trial Bike, recording a time of 24:41 and Chris G riding a Road Bike, recording 33:54 on damp day with the rain holding off to after the event.

New lines from the refreshment stall this week were Cheese and Courgette Scones, Banana and Peanut Butter Breakfast biscuits and the old favourite Lemon Drizzle Cake.

The third and final 2up Team time trial will be on 30th April 2023, a good work out before the NRCC Memorial 25 to be held on the 13^th May 2023 or just pop in, to see what’s on offer from the catering team.
