Ross and District Time Trial

I  took part in the Ross and District CC time trial to Ledbury and back (16.5 miles) yesterday evening; pretty crazy as the gales from Cornwall had just arrived. Nine took part, and with only one fallen tree to get round, the course was declared rideable. It's a tricky course - pretty much downhill all the way to Ledbury, starting with a series of downhill bends, which of course means the return leg is all uphill. I finished fifth in 45.18, a pleasing result considering the conditions.
