NORLOND T. T. COMBINE 50 TT - Sunday 10th May 2015 Course F1B/50

This year’s event used the southern F1 course. The North option no longer being available due the new traffic lights at the Black Cat roundabout. The F1B option includes 2 trips up the ‘water tower’ drag.
The conditions on the day were cool, sunny and dry. A TT report wouldn’t be complete without a mention of the wind which was blowing from SSW. A predominantly North-South course resulted in two hard shifts into the wind and two fast return legs to finish at Tempsford.
I completed the 50 miles in 1:57:05, in 12^th place. Collecting a maximum 10 points in the Norlond Combine vets league.
 The winner Matt Smith (Team Velocity) won the event with a time of 1:43:48
