I took part in my first road race of 2011 on Saturday 30th April: 13 laps of a 2.2 mile course for A,B,C category vets, based at Cranfield University.
The race split last time up the hill and I just missed the lead group, coming over the line in about 15th place.

North Road Cycle Club strongly advises wearing a bike helmet whilst on club rides.
