FORD CC DUNTON SERIES No. 4
Event 4 in the series saw an excellent race with constant attacking throughout with Mark Daly, ColourTech and Dave Farrow Eagle and my self. However none of them stuck until with 20 mins to go Daly and Farrow got away but I bridged the gap across to them. With about 6 other riders. The group worked well together and steadily pulled away from the peleton. The pace saw a few dropped from the leaders with two laps to go. Come the bell lap and I broke away off the east banking with Mark Daly chasing hard along the back straight. The two of us joined up going round the last curve and in a very tight sprint Daly just edged it. Barry Neal took the sprint for 3rd place from the remainder of the break.
