FORD CC DUNTON VETS SERIES 2 - Thursday 22/05/2015

VRC crit action at Dunton attracted a trio of North Roaders - John McDowall, Del Evans and Steve James.  A large bunch made moving up difficult and although numerous spirited attempts to escape the main group where attempted, including by John and Steve, nothing really looked like staying away.  Del displayed plenty of ‘race craft’ maintaining good bunch position keeping his powder dry for the inevitable bunch gallop to the line.  All the North Roaders finished in the main bunch with Del best placed at 24th.
