Cycling Legacy Supporters League #3.
Wednesday 20th August 2014.
In the latest round at the Olympic Velopark only Hugo Evans and Michael Higgins were on
the start line with regular attendee Michael Atkinson still recovering from the previous
weeks crash.
Both riders stayed near the front thus staying out of trouble as again there was a full field
at this popular series, Michael Higgins having his best race to date hit the front at 5 laps to go
and
this sparked the race into life as numerous attacks from Rapha CC,
London Dynamo and others continued until the final bunch sprint. our duo
fininshed at the sharp end of the race but were outmuscled by the “City
Boys”.
