More Chrises than you can shake a stick at, and many have tried
With 9 North Roaders riding on a breezy evening, four of them called Chris, it was odds-on that a Chris would do well and indeed Chris Wedge again led the field round the Brickendon circuit in 21:43 with Jobe in hot pursuit at 22:00. Third was Chris Symonds, with the other Chrises trailing in last but one and last. Promising young rider Jacob Lock rode a 22:44 on only his second time round the course, and Matt Budd made it round this time without hesitation, repetition or deviation.
